Didn’t ride yesterday and had bad day with computer etc and wound up eating so much ice cream and some cake alone with half jar of peanut butter. Probably 3 days worth of food but tons of junk. Did have oatmeal and veggies.

Riding to meet group I felt a little weak. I ate a bagel early and had some cytomax and was okay for a very fast ride. Felt very rested at end too probably due to all the calories I consumed day before. Just happy to be back on track with my nutrition plan.

Great ride with all the fun riders there.

This was one of my favorite rides as it felt like all downhill the first 15 miles.

Took in all calories day before. Had sweet potato and scoop cytomax for breakfast.

Felt a bit weak and tired at start and much of ride. Took 3rd overall on Ryan climb but HR was not near max.

7 Riders showed up 5 of which I just met.

All roads on route were new pavement. Wind was not much of a factor. Day was brisk temperature.

Bob had cramps and Sara was concerned about making it back in time again but all worked out. Her course on the new garmin was not there like she thought it was.
